February is American Heart Month: Love More

February is American Heart Month, which is dedicated to raising awareness of heart health. The book about living longer, “Undo It,” encourages the standard things like exercise, diet and less stress to improve heart health. Yet, the book promotes another very important component…LOVE MORE. In fact, love may be the most important factor to our health. In 2014 Theo Hessing wrote, “loneliness is twice as unhealthy as obesity” and “time spent with loved ones is the single most important determinant in how long and how well we live.”

Romantic love, friendship love, family love-these are all types of love. Share your LOVE with all~
