Wine & Wellness Exploration Events Sell Out in Cleveland

CLEVELAND, OH – August 23, 2081 – decantU, the brainchild of Meredith Griffin, health and wellness professional, hosts interactive events that celebrate wine and the three dimensions of wellness – mind, body and spirit.

Sold out wine & wellness exploration events were held at Gigi’s on Fairmount in Cleveland Heights, OH, August 21 & 22. Guests were encouraged to open up their minds, their senses and their spirits to wine and wellness and the relationship between them. The program was designed in three parts – mind, body and spirit and was accompanied with the three main styles of wine – sparkling, white and red.

“What grows together, goes together,” exclaimed Meredith as she explained the physical and mental benefits of wine. “Wine heals and wine brings people together,” continued Meredith as she passionately shared information about the seven principal types of grapes, the five thousand grapes around the world, and the ingredients in wine that can contribute to a person’s wellness.

Attendees were taught to critique wine using decantU’s 5-S system: 1) See, 2) Swirl, 3) Smell, 4) Sip and 5) Savor.

“The decantU event far exceeded my expectations. I learned a lot including using Meredith’s 5-S system to assess wine. Her keen ability to share the connections between wine and wellness made it an educational, fun and a truly memorable experience.”
